SCPwD needed a reliable way to track staff attendance at its office without relying on manual registers or an honor-system sign-in. There was no way to confirm an employee was actually on-site when they marked attendance, and no auditable record HR could point to if a dispute came up.
V2Web built an attendance portal for SCPwD where employees mark attendance with a live photo capture at both check-in and check-out, with GPS geo-location tagging that confirms they were physically at the office — giving HR a verified, tamper-resistant record with no manual registers.
